Common questions
Which automatic lubricator is best for haul-truck wheel bearings?
Haul trucks have too many grease points for a single-point unit to be efficient — multi-point centralized systems with a reservoir-mounted pump and progressive divider valves are the typical architecture. Reservoir size and pump duty cycle are sized off the bearing count, the relube interval, and the operating temperature envelope. Send the truck make and model and we will spec it.
Are desiccant breathers compatible with synthetic oils?
Yes. Desiccant breathers capture atmospheric moisture from the air the reservoir is breathing in — they do not interact with the oil chemistry inside the reservoir. Mineral, synthetic, biodegradable, and PAG fluids are all compatible. The variable to size around is reservoir volume and breathing rate, not the oil itself.
